Heartland, Rangers oriental derby clash get new venue

The Nigeria Premier Football League matchday 27 Oriental derby clash between Rangers and Heartland has been moved to a different venue.
The encounter was initially scheduled to be played at the Awka City Stadium on Sunday, March 24, 2024.
The game will now be played at the Enyimba International Stadium, Aba, on the same day.

According to reports, the game was moved due to the unavailability of the initial venue.
DAILY POST recalls that Heartland adopted the Awka City Stadium as their home ground for the second round of the season.
Heartland secured their first victory under the tutelage of Christian Obi this season in the derby clash with Abia Warriors on matchday 25.
Meanwhile, Rangers have enjoyed an impressive run in recent outings.
The Flying Antelopes are unbeaten since the restart of the second stanza.
They occupy second place on the NPFL table.
